I love peanut butter?

There are probably a lot of things from today that I could blog about; usually I catalogue 3-4 interesting ideas or thoughts or things I saw or experienced to make a cohesive blog, but I am so exhausted right now that I have only one thing to share. It's like, because I am going out of the country (for a VLT) everyone is suddenly like "OMG LAST CHANCE TO GRAB KRISTINA.. HEY KRISTINA, BEFORE YOU LEAVE CAN YOU QUICKLY DO THIS ONE THING FOR ME/ANSWER THESE INTERVIEW QUESTIONS/FILM A VIDEO FOR MY SISTER'S BIRTHDAY/GO OUT TO LUNCH WITH ME/WATCH THIS MOVIE/DO A HANDSTAND???"

NO.

I CAN'T.

(I actually can't do a handstand, even when I do have free time.)

I work all day tomorrow, am stopping to pick up some things I need from the store before work, meeting my mom for lunch and running errands during my lunch break, seeing a movie with my brother after work, getting up early on Saturday to get my tires rotated and oil changed on my Fiesta, meeting the Fam out at this campground to see the extendeds and say bye to everyone, spending the night, coming home, finishing packing, spending time with Eia, spening one more evening with my family, GETTING ON A PLANE.
I have no more time to do other people's crap.

Anyway. My one-topic blog post is already turning into a convoluted rant session, so here is my story.

As I'm sure you know, I hate peanut butter. I was about to say loathe, but loathe is the kind of word I save for grape flavored candy and seafood, so I'll stick with hating peanut butter.

Last night, I dreamt that I was sitting in a park by myself, eating a huge tub of crunchy peanut butter, hayleyghoover style. I remember feeling disgusted as I brought the spoon to my mouth, but then, as the peanut buttery.. stuff.. was oozing around my mouth, in the dream it tasted something like an oreo blizzard from Dairy Queen and I remember thinking "Oh my god, peanut butter is amazing." I then proceeded to finish off the entire tub of PB, and then had a midlife crisis, mid-dream, where I realized I COULD NEVER TELL ANYONE that I now loved peanut butter. I went to my room and found multiple places I could hide it so no one would ever have to know my secret. My life was changed. Then I woke up.

Now, I know for certain that peanut butter does not in fact taste like an oreo blizzard. The idea of putting it in my mouth still makes me want to hurl. I am not cured.

But I figured it was a dream worth remembering. :)

I had a dream like that about oreos... Normally I don't much care for oreos, but I had to buy some the day after that dream just to make sure.
I still don't care for oreos.

I'm starting to get that kind of OHMYGODSPENDTIMEWITHME response from a few people, even though I don't leave for a month. But no one's asked me to do a handstand yet.

On a side not, my captcha code is mygoop. It made me giggle. ^_^

what is it specifically about pb that makes you want to hurl? Did you have a bad experience with it in the past? good luck getting everything. that is one of things i hate about leaving for a long period of time. i always have the feeling that i am forgetting something and i freak out trying to remember what i think i forget. haha i'm a bit neurotic at times.

Hmm. Maybe you should test the peanut butter theory. Just to make sure nothing's changed ;)

Oh, I love peanut butter. T'is all peanutty ^_^

I had a dream that my friend Phoebe was back last night, and I got up this morning really excited before I realised that she's still in the Irish countryside ): without internet D;

People always ask me to do things for them, and I can never manage it all, it's horrible >.<

I had a dream once that my family was in a hostage situation and I had to eat a beef burger (I'm a vegetarian) or they'd die. But once I'd done that, I became a total carnivore and couldn't get enough meat. I woke up feeling disgusted with my subconscious mind.

People are always asking me to do stuff for them and because I hate letting people down, I do my best to do it all. But there's times when you just can't.

I like the idea of peanut butter much more than the stuff itself. I like peanuts, I like butter. What could possibly go wrong? It's like when I tried to make Butterbeer once, years ago. I was like 12 at the time so I didn't use actual beer, I think I used yoghurt or something. Predictably it was disgusting, but I still like the idea of it. xD

i think we should start a 'kristina-needs-peanut-butter' fund. no person should ever go without butter ala peanut (whether they like it or not is irrelevant ;p) - it is a basic human right!

i hope you enjoy our fair country when you get here :)

take care.

Ahaha. I <3 peanut butter :D

I'm also getting the, "omghangoutwithme" deal as well. Although, I won't be gone for 2 months. Just 2 weeks :P But when I do get back, my summer will be over and there will be no more hang out time.

I hope you have a great time on your trip though! I'm so jealous that you get to go to England. I've never even been out of the country.

Enjoy your trip and I hope you have a safe flight :)

Kristina, you hate grape flavored candy too? I thought I was the only one! And whenever I tell anyone how much I despise anything grape flavored, they look at me strange like I'm missing that specific LOVE GRAPE FLAVOR tastebud.

I LIKEZ PEANUT BUTTER <3 ha ha.
I like it, but it's not one of my favorite foods. Sometimes I HAVE to have it, and other times I can't stand to be around it. It's a love/hate relationship. Wow, busy schedule. I can't do a handstand either. Yeeeaaahhhh, that's all!! Have fun in England!! ^^

I don't like peanut butter, seafood, or grape flavored candy either- bleh!

Luckily I don't have dreams in which I eat food I think is gross...just ones where the apocalypse is coming, but a zombie invasion is supposed to happen first (I thank Maureen Johnson for that dream, tweeting about Heidi Montag being the prophetess of doom or something of that sort). At least it inspired me to write a short story =P

Anyway, I know how you feel, everyone wanting you to do something last minute. You just keep telling them no! If they're insulted, just go on a long rant about everything you have to do and it will leave them so speechless they'll leave you alone! Well, hopefully =D Anyway, enjoy your trip to England!

I'm right there with you_ peanut butter is gross...

Peanutbutter.

I understand, everytime you have to leave somewhere you have a million things going on and then everyone asking you to do them favours.
You'll have a great time, though :D

You hate peanut butter? Hmm. I didn't know that. May I ask why? Is there anything specific that you hate about it? Just wondering...

True story: I am currently eating oreos. They are delicious.

They say that in order to get past things you hate you have to expose yourself to them a LOT.

So maybe, you... should eat a tub of peanut butter?

I loathe grape flavored candy too!

I mean honestly. It doesn't even taste like a grape.
They might as well call it cherry flavor with a plastic aftertaste.

I hate grape flavored candy too! I love skittles, but I always leave the purple ones for my friends because I HATE them!

Also, I had a dream the other night that I was going to marry this guy who I've known forever but never really got very close to, and then the day before the wedding I was suddenly like, "I don't want to marry him!" So then I started telling everyone that I wasn't going to marry him and I kept trying to leave, but my biggest worry was that there were people who had come from out of town and they were going to be mad. I didn't care about HIM at all. I think it had been an arranged marriage. Talk about a weird dream. :P

This reminded me of the episode of Spongebob when Squidward finally eats a Krabby Patty. Yes, I know what that says about me.

Hope your errands and all go smoothly.

I think I'm gonna go eat some peanut butter....

And I love the tags. LOL.

I hate McDonalds and have ever since there was an incident when I was about 9 where I got really sick from it. I can't stand the smell or the idea of McDonalds and I recently tried someone's to see if maybe I got over it but the answer is NO.
Well I had a dream a couple years ago that I had some and LOVED it. In my dream, it was about the greatest thing in the world. I wanted to LIVE off it. When I woke up I felt sick. Bleh!

Well that's in the running for weirdest / funniest dream of the year.

How cool would it have been if you had woken up with an actually love of peanut butter. :D

I don't like peanut butter but while I was away camping I decided to try strawberry jam and peanut butter sandwiches - they were okay but can't say I'll be having them again lol

I understand the grape flavored candy (just had a conversation about how disgusting it is) and seafood, but peanut butter? I love peanut butter. Good luck in England. You must be glad to see Alex again.

It still must have been nice to have everyone wanting to do something with you. Also, I am there with you about the handstands. :)
I had a weird dream last night too. I was in the middle of the movie The Day the Earth Stood Still when that swarm was sweeping over, and they'd gotten on me, and I had to decide whether to just let them eat me or chop my head off with a kitchen knife I had - I didn't know which would hurt less. Then I was in line at this new book store, and I didn't have any shoes on. And I was going to buy a Sherlock Homes book, but it was skinny, hardback, and $22, so I didn't.
Yes! Down with grape-flavored candy and seafood!
