I just got back from dropping Sam off at the airport.

This is overly dramatic but I actually feel like I've had a piece of myself ripped off.
...but at the same time I feel like she's going to be back next weekend or something.
I'm sorry, I'm surprised anyone even wants to talk to me right now. I'm just a mess of emotions and stupid inside jokes only Sam would understand. And songs that are meaningful and YouTube and all these stupid, stupid, amazing memories from the last two months.
Sigh.
It's almost 8am and I havent slept yet. Going to class at 10am on an all-nighter.
Then I am probably going to be upset some more and then I will sleep my day away.

Feel better. That's a crappy feeling and I'm right there with you with the lack of sleep. Not fun.
Being separated from someone like that is hard. I've personally never had the experience (unless you count my brother going to college). But just remember that this won't be the last time you see Sam. You guys have skype, youtube, twitter, a cell phone. You guys have so many ways of communication. You guys can do this.
My day's been sucking. I've been trying to write this essay for the past two days, and it's due tomorrow, but the inspiration just isn't coming. But, in less than a week, I'll be done with finals, and I'll be back home for good, which I'm so looking forward to.
Better than yours, I would say.
Obvs this is super old...but i totally felt the same way when my best friend moved away..and she only was a 3 hour car ride! Totally get you though!
